By creating an account you agree to these terms with Cinevix AI. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
Your account
Keep your password safe and tell us about unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Acceptable use
Do not generate illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or deceptive impersonation of real people. Only upload images you have the right to use. Requests rejected by the model's content policy are refunded automatically.
Credits
Credits are a prepaid internal balance used only on this platform. They are not money, cannot be transferred and are not exchangeable for cash except where the refund policy or law requires it. Prices and the cost per second are shown before purchase and before each generation.
Generated content
Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate. Results are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate or unexpected; review them before publishing.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Videos are stored for a limited time; download the ones you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date below. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
