Who we are

Data we collect
Account data (first name, last name, e-mail, password stored only as a secure hash, profile photo), preferences (language, theme, cookie choices), content you create (prompts, reference images, generated videos), credit and order records, support conversations, and technical data such as IP address and login times used for security.
Why we use it
To provide the studio and your account, to generate videos you request, to keep credit and payment records, to answer support requests, to prevent abuse (rate limits, fraud checks) and to meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Video generation requests, including your prompt and the reference images you select, are sent to Argolink (argolink.io), which runs the Seedance 2.5 model. Support chat messages and limited account context (first name, credit balance, recent video and order statuses) are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce answers; we ask Google not to store these requests. Payments, when enabled, are processed by the payment provider; we never receive or store card numbers.
How long we keep data
Generated video files are deleted 30 days after completion. Account, credit and order records are kept while your account exists and afterwards as long as accounting law requires. Guest chat conversations are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to us using the contact above.
Security
Passwords are hashed, pages and APIs check your permissions on the server, files are served only to their owner, and API keys are stored on the server only.
